Introduction

There are several ways to activate your device:

  • When the device leaves the factory, Anytrek has activated it for you

  • Log in to the AnyFleet platform to activate and associate the vehicle

  • Scan your device to activate it using the AnyFleet App

When the factory equipment is inactive

When logging in to the platform, there will be a pop-up notification in the lower right corner. At this time, you can perform batch activation and associate vehicles

Note that the unactivated device will be automatically activated when the device is associated with the vehicle

Mounting Hardware and Accessories

To install hardware and accessories for the vehicle, please refer to the installation tutorial in Hardware & Accessories, and refer to the attachments for specific operations.

Vehicle and Equipment Connection

Preparation work

  • Collect information about vehicles in the fleet that require equipment to be installed, such asLicense plate number, car VIN / serial number, manufacturer, model, etc.

  • Collect driver contact information such as cell phone number and email

  1. Click in the PlatformGo to Vehicle Management, click Add Vehicle

  2. Fill in vehicle information, Fill in the vehicle name and select the asset type, input the information according to the collected vehicle information

  1. Driver In this item, add a driver to the vehicle and associate it, click Select Input => Add new driver，Enter driver information, click Save

  2. To hit Next Enter the "Bind Device" phase, select the device, and associate the vehicle

  3. After the vehicle is associated with the equipment, a data is generated in the vehicle management, and vehicle asset information will also appear on the monitoring platform.
