How do I set up notification?
A.Go to the Notification feature, add + notification on the right top corner. Name the notification, select the alarm condition with value and confirm notification mode. Lastly add your email to receive the notification/alarm and bind all wanted vehicles.
How do I share a location?
A.Go to the Sharing feature, add + on the right top corner, add - shared vehicle in the left bottom corner and then select the vehicle required. Lastly add the expiration (duration) date to generate the sharing feature.
How do I set up a user?
A.Go to the User feature, add + new user right top corner. Create user name and password. Select the vehicles or list that this user requires to track and save.
How do I assign a unit or device to a vehicle?
A.Go to the Vehicle feature; add + vehicle on the left top corner, name the vehicle, select asset type by the given drop down and select the device ID (IMEI #)
How do I set up a Geofence?
A.Go to the Landmark feature; add +right top corner, input the address, adjust polygon as needed, name the landmark and select if it needs to be show on the map or not. And save the new landmark created.
How do I reset my password?
A.Select the drop-down under username on the right top corner, go to “My Account” and then Password. Enter the old password and set a new password.
Forgot my username and password?
A.If you only forget your password and remember your register Email, click forget password in the login page. Otherwise, contact us at Support@anytrek.com with your company name.

How do I charge my GPS?
A.For the TrackLight as your driver to turn the taillights on.
How do I manually reset?
A.The battery should be removed from the Tracklight Please press on the small button inside with a pen 3x or hold down for 15 seconds. Screw back the battery in the Tracklight. Move the Tra
Can I charge my gps without hooking up trailer to the truck?
A.Yes, Anytrek has a Wall-Charger cable with the volts required to recharge the unit.
Why is my gps reporting in the yard next door?
A.The drifts is about is 200 feet off and it depends on the network in the area.
How long does it take for the portal to update history trail?
A.The history trail updates every time the device reports ( 5 min, 15 min, 6 hours)
Charged my devices after reset and still not reporting, what should I do next?
A.Please contact your Customer Care Representative or support@anytrek.com to proceed with an RMA.
What happens when device is suspended do we still see it on our end or is it still being charged for ?
A.If the device is suspended there will not be a service fee tight to this unit and you will not see it on your list or map.
How to charge the device once its no battery ?
A.Power up the unit for 3 hours, either using Anytrek Wall-charger to by having the driver turn the taillights on.
How to set up my account with anytrek? End customer from reseller?
A.Please contact “help@anytrek.com” required information is company name, Bill to /Ship to, Contact person, Contact number, Email address.
Can I pay in person or online and how do I pay?
A.Payment is done remotely with a link sent directly to you. It can be done with a CC, ACH or check.
Is There a Link to pay my invoices?
A.Yes, there is a link sent at the beginning of the month and for new orders.
Why are my trailer and truck locations not matching ?
A.The trailer (TrackLight) reports every 5 min when the taillights are on and every 15 min when the lights are off. The truck (in dash) report every 60 seconds.
Is there a phone app?
A.Anytrek does have a phone APP, please search in your app store “Anyfleet”
Can I set up notifications on the phone app?
A. As of now it is not available only on our browser platform.
